In the event an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered we will contact you via E-Mail. You
then may decide to wait or cancel your order. In any case you will not be charged until your
order ships.
RETURN POLICY:
All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects. We are committed to 100% customer
satisfaction. Starting from the day you receive your order, you will have five (5) business days in
which to inspect your order and contact us with any problems or concerns. Customer return
shipping costs on defective merchandise will be credited back and there is no charge for reshipping.
You may also request a full refund on defective merchandise.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
* Must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
* Must be returned at customer expense.
* Exchange shipping charges will apply.
* You may also choose to be refunded your purchase price less original shipping charges.
