TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered we will contact you via Phone or E-Mail. You then may decide to wait or cancel your order. In any case you will not be charged until your order ships.

RETURN POLICY:

All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Starting from the day you receive your order, you will have five (5) business days in which to inspect your order and contact us with any problems or concerns. Customer return shipping costs on defective merchandise will be credited back and there is no charge for reshipping. You may also request a full refund on defective merchandise.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

* Must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
* Must be returned at customer expense.
* Exchange shipping charges will apply.
* You may also choose to be refunded your purchase price less original shipping charges.

30/60/90 RULE: (from the date you receive your order)

-30 days for refunds.

-60 days for exchanges.

-90 days for manufacturer defects.

EMBROIDERY ITEMS:

Embroidery items are not exchangeable or returnable unless there is a product defect, or embroider error.

RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS WE DO NOT TYPICALLY STOCK:

*** There is a 25% restocking fee for items that were special ordered that we do not typically stock.
